Skipton Road scheme secures Considerate Constructors Scheme ‘Certificate of Excellence’ award

Our United Living New Homes team delivering new homes at Skipton Road in Harrogate have been awarded a Certificate of Excellence by the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS).

The on-site team scored 42 out of 45 which is very impressive.  Mick Holling, Regional Managing Director, United Living New Homes, said: “We are extremely proud of the Skipton Road team for receiving such a high score. The site team have worked extremely hard to achieve this accreditation with the CCS and it is a testament of the dedication, efforts and care of the entire team working at the project.”

On behalf of the leading housing association, Home Group, the £38 million scheme comprises 214 mixed tenure homes on former agricultural land that includes an old quarry in a beautiful part of Harrogate. Sixty per cent of the homes are for private sale and forty per cent affordable housing, delivering high-quality homes to suit the local community’s needs.

The development is expected to be completed by mid-2024.
