Top marks for United Living Property Services

United Living Property Services (ULPS), Umberston Street site in London, passed their Considerate Constructors inspection with flying colours as they scored top marks in every marking category.

The onsite team scored an outstanding 45/45 in their report, which is extremely rare within our industry and an achievement the team should be extremely proud of.

The report praises the team’s ability to be professional, safe, sustainable and a credit to the surrounding society, and can be read here.

On behalf of One Housing Group, the Umberson Site in London Borough Tower Hamlets is made up of three seven storey blocks of occupied flats.

The ULPS team are currently removing and replacing unsuitable wall cladding and external wall insulation panels as well as adapting boiler flues on the site.

The works are expected to be completed by August 2022.
