United Infrastructure Acquires Simkiss Group

United Infrastructure is pleased to announce the acquisition of Simkiss Group (“Simkiss”), a leading engineering solutions provider across sectors including energy, utilities and infrastructure.

Founded more than 25 years ago and based in Rochdale, Simkiss specialises in the design and build of control systems, control panels and switchgear, with services spanning installation, testing, commissioning and ongoing maintenance, predominantly in the utilities sector.

The acquisition represents another important step in United Infrastructure’s continued growth across the energy, power and utilities markets, broadening its technical offering and enhancing its ability to deliver increasingly complex, end-to-end solutions for customers.
