United Infrastructure secures £30m Affinity Water AMP8 Capital Framework

We are pleased to announce that United Infrastructure has been awarded a £30 million contract by Affinity Water on its £450 million AMP8 investment programme. United Infrastructure is one of five companies awarded a long-term framework up to 10 years in duration.

Affinity Water’s service area comprises 3.9 million people across parts of London, eastern and southeast England. The AMP8 programme until 2030 focuses on sustainable, efficient water management to meet the region’s growing demand.

The design and build capital works framework will see United Infrastructure deliver critical infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects. Since July 2025, work began across the distribution mains renewals programme of works. Further activities planned include distribution mains renewals, network reinforcement, commissioning and optimisation of new and existing water mains, as well as essential upgrades to water treatment process plants and replacement of booster pumping stations.
