United Living Infrastructure Services secures place on Northern Gas Networks Major Projects Framework

United Living Infrastructure Services (ULIS) has strengthened its track record as a UK leader supporting the energy distribution network by successfully securing a place on Northern Gas Networks (NGN) Major Works Framework.

This construction only framework covers mechanical and civil works on NGN’s projects relating to the High-Pressure Local Transmission system, including pipelines and above ground assets.

It is the largest of the frameworks let by NGN, demonstrating the capability of ULIS to deliver works across the UK. ULIS will be supporting NGN in delivering its extensive portfolio of projects throughout the RIIO-2 price control period covering complex and third-party projects.

NGN is responsible for distributing gas to 2.7 million homes and businesses across the North of England including the North East, Northern Cumbria and much of Yorkshire.

This contract win closely follows ULIS appointment to Northumbrian Water’s AMP7 framework contract for construction and engineering works worth between £10 million & £50 million per annum.
