United Living Property Services Secures Top-Tier Ranking in PfH Framework

United Living Group, the provider of infrastructure, housing, and property services, is pleased to announce its subsidiary, United Living Property Services (ULPS), has been awarded top-tier ranking in the Procurement for Housing (PfH) Framework, securing 1st place in both the under £3 million and over £3 million categories for planned works.

The new PfH Planned Works framework covers a comprehensive whole house works programme. The framework offers 19 lots across 12 regions, providing the most comprehensive planned works offering to date. The scope of works includes kitchen and bathroom installations, electrical and roofing works and whole house renovations.
