United Living Property Services wins refurbishment contracts with Catalyst

United Living Property Services, is pleased to announce it has won two refurbishment contracts with housing association Catalyst, owner and operator of over 37,000 homes within London and the Home Counties. Both contracts secured by United Living Property Services are worth around £2.5 million to £2.8 million per year and will last for 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years.

The first of the 2 projects is internal refurbishment of 10,800 units which will include kitchens and bathrooms, renovating existing heating and electrical systems, and ensuring appropriate asbestos management services are carried out where necessary. The Catalyst properties included in the schedule of works are located in London boroughs, such as Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, Ealing, Brent, Westminster, Wandsworth, Hackney and Haringey.

The second is external refurbishment works including windows and external doors, roofs and external envelope repairs.

The Catalyst properties included are located in home county locations to the north of London including Cambridge, central Bedfordshire, Enfield, Hertsmere, Luton and Milton Keynes, Huntingdonshire and Stevenage.
