United Living secures a place on the CHIC Kitchen & Bathrooms Framework

United Living Property Services (ULPS) is proud to announce it has been awarded a place on the four-year Communities & Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) Kitchen & Bathrooms Framework. This new framework encompasses the repair, maintenance, supply and installation of kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, WC’s and electrical work across a broad geographical area.

United Living values this CHIC Framework in supporting the continuous responsibility of landlords to invest in their properties, including the cyclical replacement of kitchens and bathrooms. The framework provides a compliant, best value procurement vehicle, to ensure a greater number of homes meet current standards, and to provide safe and comfortable living environments.

By ULPS being awarded a place on the framework, it highlights our commitment to excellence and our ability to deliver high-quality property services, particularly if clients need to deliver at pace with a highly ranked, best value contractor partner. We are excited to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of housing standards across the country.
