How we deliver
Appraise
This initial stage is predominantly carried out by authorities and regulators, working with developers, to assess the technical, environmental, safety and economic feasibility of proposed projects.
Select
We step in at this stage, to support activities that analyse and select potential site locations and route options, including geological, hydrogeological, geotechnical, and topographical studies. United Infrastructure provides consultancy support for pre-FEED, FEED, and early stakeholder engagement.

FEED

At this stage, the project is further defined, with detailed documentation to develop the critical path for the project including long-lead items, organisational planning and project parameters, defining the technical requirements and estimating investment costs. United Infrastructure provides additional consultancy support for FEED finalisation and the DCO process:
- Finalisation of engineering designs
- Ground investigations

- Assess criticality of materials for long lead items
- Challenge constructability drawing on our decade-long experience
