How do I apply for a role at United Infrastructure?
You can apply directly through our Job Vacancies page. Simply find a role that suits you, complete the short application form, and upload your CV.
What happens after I apply?
Your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team. If you meet the requirements for the role, we’ll be in touch to arrange the next steps, usually a phone call or virtual chat to learn more about you.
Do you use recruitment agencies?
We do work with a small number of trusted recruitment partners for certain roles. If someone contacts you about a job at United Infrastructure and you’re unsure if it’s genuine, feel free to email us at recruitment@unitedinfrastructure.com.
What does the interview process involve?
This varies by role but typically includes a mix of the following:
- A phone or video screening
- One or more interviews (in-person or virtual)
- A practical task or presentation (for some roles)
We’ll always make sure you know what to expect and give you time to prepare.
How long does the hiring process take?
We aim to move quickly throughout the hiring process. Most roles progress within 2–3 weeks of application, although this can vary depending on the role and availability of interviewers.
Can I get feedback if I’m not successful?
Yes. We’ll always let you know the outcome of your application. Where possible, we’ll also provide constructive feedback, especially if you’ve been to interview stage.
I have a disability or need adjustments during the hiring process – what should I do?
Let us know at any stage and we’ll do everything we can to support you. You can include this in your application or email us directly at recruitment@unitedinfrastructure.com.
I’ve received a suspicious message about a job – what should I do?
If anything looks odd or too good to be true, it’s best to check. Email recruitment@unitedinfrastructure.com and we’ll confirm whether it’s genuine. We’ll never ask for payment during our recruitment process. For more information, visit our Fraudulent Offers page.
Do you offer early careers opportunities?
