UNITED INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP STATEMENT ON MODERN SLAVERY 2026

The United Infrastructure Group is opposed to modern slavery and human trafficking and has a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking. Our Group General Counsel has overall responsibility for implementing this policy, but all our staff and suppliers need to play their part in ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains. This approach is taken in line with international standards including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct and the ILO’s Labour Standards.

In accordance with the strengthened UK Modern Slavery requirements effective from 2026, the Group will ensure that its annual Modern Slavery Statement complies with the mandatory reporting structure, reflects the actions taken during the financial year, and is submitted to the Government’s central registry.
