How we work
Our three-step process
Step 1: Feasibility
Our in-house acquisition team will perform a detailed planning assessment of the site, including inspection of the lease, landlord contacts, and the RAG rating. We proactively address any potential factors that may lead to project delays.
Step 2: Consent and Planning
Our team will complete third party submission requirements, and explore eligible fast track opportunities, including consent submission and planning submission. These steps identify the most suitable path and ensure that forecasts are secure.
Step 3: Site Access
Once all steps above are completed, we can plan for site access completion and handover to build. This ensures that on the day, build requirements or risks are communicated and the build team has the correct contacts for requesting access.
