United Infrastructure has delivered a comprehensive refurbishment of Bury Court, a prominent 13-storey residential tower in Bedford. Completed in 1967, Bury Court stands at 38 meters tall and stretches 90 meters in length.

L&Q Homes – Regeneration
United Infrastructure has commenced the second year of a 15-year contract with L&Q. This long-term partnership, which covers Northeast London and Essex stems from the successful completion of a pilot scheme in 2023.

Wolverhampton Homes – Net Zero Retrofit
We have worked with Wolverhampton Homes (WH) via a Strategic Construction Partnership since 2008. This partnership delivers planned, cyclical building safety and improvement works to Wolverhampton Council’s housing stock.
Charrington Court – Building Safety
Following the discovery of combustible cladding and insulation, One Housing Group (now part of Riverside) chose United Infrastructure to deliver this challenging remediation project involving removing and replacing all external cladding and insulation on a high-rise mixed-use building.
Aster Group – Damp and Mould
Since April 2023, United Infrastructure has been working closely with Aster Group to advise, detect and report on damp, mould and condensation (DMC) and ensure the correct remedial response with a clear understanding of root cause and potential resolutions.
