Wolverhampton Homes – Regeneration
United Infrastructure and Wolverhampton Homes have been working in close partnership for over 15 years to upgrade the City of Wolverhampton council’s housing stock, including the regeneration of Heath Town, the construction of a new energy centre and retrofit programme.
SHDF – Net Zero Retrofit
Funded through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, United Infrastructure delivered a broad programme of improvements to 60 properties in Tonbridge, Kent, creating energy-efficient homes for residents.
Hounslow Roofscape – Regeneration
To assist those unable to find a home in the community that meets their needs and that they can afford, we worked closely with Hounslow Council to create much needed innovative housing, helping them with their pledge to build 5000 new and affordable homes by 2022.
