United Infrastructure Announces Leadership Updates Across Infrastructure Services

United Infrastructure is pleased to share a number of leadership updates within our Infrastructure Services business, as we continue to evolve our structure to better support our clients’ priorities particularly across the Energy sector, as it responds to increasing regulatory scrutiny, delivery expectations, and the accelerating pace of the energy transition.

These changes are designed to strengthen how we support our clients, with minimal impact on day-to-day contacts or delivery teams.

Scott Beard has been appointed Managing Director – Infrastructure Services. In this role, Scott will provide strategic leadership across our Energy and Water businesses, with a strong focus on strengthening client relationships, aligning delivery to client outcomes, and ensuring responsiveness to regulatory requirements and long-term investment priorities.

A New Direction for Energy Leadership

With immediate effect, Eoin Morrissey has been appointed Managing Director for our Energy business. Eoin has been with United Infrastructure for over a decade and brings a strong track record in delivery, operational leadership, and sector expertise. In his new role, Eoin will take full accountability for the performance of our Energy business, working closely with clients to ensure consistent delivery, improved responsiveness, and alignment with the increasing complexity of programmes and regulatory expectations.

“I’m incredibly proud to be stepping into this new role within the business. When I joined the business as a 21 year old looking for a summer job 10 years ago, I never imagined the journey would lead me here. I’ve been very fortunate to work alongside some brilliant people over the years, and I’m grateful for the support, opportunities, and belief that have helped me grow along the way. It really speaks to the culture we’ve built and our commitment to developing people from within.”

“I’m excited to lead the energy pillar of the business, building on the strong foundation we’ve already established and scaling it further as we enter a period of significant growth in the energy industry and playing our part in the UK’s energy transition..”

Conor Bray will transition into the role of Operations Director for the LBCCUS project and broader Energy Transition initiatives. Alongside maintaining focus on the successful delivery of this key programme, Conor will support the development of our capabilities across the energy transition, helping to shape our service offering in response to client needs, emerging technologies, and evolving regulatory requirements.

In addition, Simon Warner will take on the role of Commercial Director for Infrastructure Services. This appointment further strengthens our commercial capability across both Energy and Water, supporting greater cost discipline, transparency, and a continued focus on delivering better value for our clients.

Overall, these changes provide clearer leadership accountability, strengthen client engagement, and enhance our ability to respond to regulatory and delivery challenges to ultimately improve delivering certainty, performance, and value across our partnerships.
