Our refurbishment schemes include a broad variety of internal work, including new kitchens, bathrooms and heating systems, and upgrades to ventilation, electrics and fire safety.

We concentrate on design and improving the appearance and functionality of the existing housing stock to create a more visually aesthetic and inviting environment, including improving communal areas. We also carry out external works including External Wall Insulation (EWI) systems and installing replacement front doors and new UPVC windows.

As well as improving the existing housing stock and local environment, these projects can deliver broad economic and social benefits for the whole community, such as employment, education, training and improvements in health and wellbeing.

Our roofscape expertise means we can help our clients to utilise the airspace above their buildings, without increasing the footprint of the existing structure – eliminating the need for land acquisition and ground works.

This results in a more sustainable and lower cost development, whilst helping to tackle the housing shortage and supporting community growth.
