Property Services secures place on Fusion21 Decarbonisation Framework

United Living Property Services (ULPS) is proud to announce that it has been awarded a place on the Fusion21 Decarbonisation Framework, securing a position on Lot 1 – Whole House Decarbonisation. This marks a significant milestone in its ongoing commitment to supporting the UK’s transition towards net zero carbon emissions.

The Fusion21 Framework has been developed to support the delivery of decarbonisation works across all public sector estates. It enables housing providers and public sector organisations to procure high-quality energy efficiency solutions that will future-proof homes, improve living standards and reduce carbon emissions.

Under Lot 1, ULPS will provide comprehensive whole-house decarbonisation services, including heating upgrades, roof insulation, ventilation systems and district heating. ULPS adopts a fabric-first approach, prioritising thermal efficiency to ensure maximum long-term performance and cost-effectiveness.
