ULPS secures position on Procurement for Housing Fire Safety Works Framework

ULPS is pleased to announce it has been awarded a place on the Procurement for Housing (PfH) Fire Safety Works Framework, a critical platform for advancing fire safety across the UK’s social housing sector. Through this framework, ULPS will supply and install fire doors that align with specific member fire strategies and risk assessments. ULPS has secured a position on two national lots to provide comprehensive fire safety solutions.

Since its establishment in 2004, PfH has been a leading procurement consortium for the social housing sector, supported by prominent industry bodies such as the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark. PfH members manage over 90% of the UK’s social housing stock, benefiting from PfH frameworks that provide efficiencies and cost savings through a range of services, including framework agreements, strategic reviews and comprehensive reporting.

As part of the PfH Fire Safety Works Framework, ULPS will deliver high-quality fire door installations tailored to the unique safety requirements of each social housing provider, ensuring full integration with each member’s fire strategy.
