United Living Group, the provider of infrastructure, affordable housing, property services, and telecoms, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, United Living Infrastructure Services (ULIS), has successfully secured a framework extension with Yorkshire Water on its Capital Focussed Infrastructure Works.

This extension ensures that ULIS will continue to deliver customer-focused infrastructure projects across the Yorkshire Water region until April 2028. The Wastewater and Clean Water Capital Works Projects will include lead pipe replacement, renewing existing water communication or supply pipes, and sewer rehabilitation schemes in targeted areas to reduce internal sewer flooding incidents. Future scope will also potentially include installing smart meters and carrying out the lining of clean water pipes.

The total value for this new contract period for Yorkshire Water’s AMP8 programme amounts to £440 million.

Conor Bray, Managing Director, United Living Infrastructure Services, commented:

“We are delighted to announce this framework extension with Yorkshire Water. The continuation of the framework is a testament to the high standard of the team’s work and service over the last four years.

“Whilst we carry out this work, the importance of minimising disruption to customers in our delivery methods will be a key focus for us. We are looking forward to collaborating closely with Yorkshire Water in the years to come to deliver the investment in its asset base through these critical Capital Infrastructure Works.”

Lee Boshell, Capital Delivery Programme Manager, Yorkshire Water, said:

“We are pleased to extend our partnership with United Living Infrastructure Services and continue to deliver projects that will help us achieve greater resilience across the network, improve performance, and provide the best value for our customers.

“Yorkshire Water is making significant investments in its infrastructure, and it is important that we work with partners who share our customer-focussed ambitions of providing a clean, affordable, and reliable service to our customers and for the environment.”
