United Living in partnership with Wolverhampton Homes shortlisted at this year’s Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) awards

We are delighted to confirm that United Living Property Services, in partnership with Wolverhampton Homes, has been shortlisted for an award in this year’s prestigious RICS awards.

The team are finalists in the Refurbishment/Revitalisation Project of the year category – for the Heath Town regeneration project in Wolverhampton.

The shortlisting is a testament to the collaborative ethos United Living Property Services, Wolverhampton Homes, and our partners have embodied throughout this project.

United Living and Wolverhampton Homes have been working in partnership for over 14 years to upgrade their housing stock.

Through a Strategic Development Partnership, United Living Property Services delivers approximately £15 million per annum worth of new build developments and home improvements to over 6000 properties across the City.

As part of the wider Strategic Development Partnership, United Living Property Services works collaboratively with Wolverhampton Homes and partners to deliver the £120 million regeneration of the Heath Town estate (across various phases).

Tony Tyson Phillips, Contracts Manager, United Living Property Services, said: “We are proud to have been shortlisted with our project delivery partners for an award. It is a testament to the dedication, efforts and care of the entire team working on the project.

The project is also an exemplar in demonstrating the benefit of strong long-term partnership arrangements between the client, contractors and broader delivery team”.

The full shortlist is now live on the RICS awards website here. Best of luck to our United Living Property Services team, Wolverhampton Homes, and partners.
