United Living Property Services secures contract with Accent Housing

United Living Group, the provider of infrastructure, affordable housing, property services, and telecoms, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, United Living Property Services (ULPS), has successfully secured a contract with Accent Housing worth approximately £750,000.

Accent Housing, a national developer and provider of affordable housing across the UK, has chosen ULPS for a project in Guildford and its surrounding areas. Under this contract, ULPS will be enhancing over 100 homes within a three-month timeframe. Work is set to commence immediately.

The scope of work includes upgrades to kitchens and bathrooms, with a focus on modernising facilities and improving functionality. ULPS will leverage its expertise in property management and construction to ensure the upgrades meet the needs of its residents.
