United Living Property Services (ULPS) is pleased to announce it has been awarded a place on the LHC Retrofit and Decarbonisation (N9) Framework, a key initiative driving energy efficiency and sustainability across the UK’s public sector. Through this Framework, ULPS will support local authorities, housing associations and other public sector organisations in delivering essential retrofit and decarbonisation works to improve energy performance and reduce carbon emissions.
The N9 framework succeeds the Energy Efficiency Measures & Associated Works (N8) framework and was developed in collaboration with industry experts to provide comprehensive support in achieving net zero targets and enhanced EPC ratings. It enables public sector bodies to access a range of energy efficiency solutions, ensuring a structured and compliant route to procurement.
As part of the LHC Retrofit and Decarbonisation Framework, we will deliver tailored retrofit solutions that align with each organisation’s sustainability strategy.
ULPS’s inclusion in this framework reinforces our commitment to creating a sustainable future and we look forward to working in partnership with public sector organisations to create warmer, healthier and more energy efficient homes.
